Riverway Plaza 2025 Giveaway [Closes Thursday, at 3pm, 16 July 2025]

1. Riverway Plaza Giveaway (Giveaway) is open to residents of Townsville, aged 18 and above.

2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Riverway Plaza are not eligible to participate.

3. Participants must have a valid social media account to enter.

How to Enter:

4. To enter, participants must:

- Follow Riverway Plaza on Instagram & Facebook

- Tag a friend in the comments. Each tag represents an entry.

- Sign up for our newsletter at riverwayplaza.com.au

5. Additional entries can be earned by sharing the Giveaway post to the participants story and tagging Riverway Plaza.

Giveaway Period:

6. The Giveaway begins on Sunday, 29 June 2025 and ends on Wednesday, 16 July 2025 at 3pm (Giveaway Period).

Winner Selection:

7. The winner will be selected randomly by Riverway Plaza.

8. The winner will be announced on social media and notified through the specified contact method. The gift voucher will be sent via Australia Post.

Prize:

9. The prize consists of a $150 Riverway Plaza gift voucher, redeemable at any Riverway Plaza Retail retailer.

10. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Validity dates as per each individual voucher.

Privacy and Data Usage:

11. By participating, entrants agree to the Riverway Plaza privacy policy regarding the collection and use of personal information. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of the Giveaway.

General Conditions:

12. Riverway Plaza reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or those that are found to be fraudulent or tampered with.

13. Riverway Plaza reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if necessary and to make the final decision on any matters related to the Giveaway.

Liability:

14. Riverway Plazais not responsible for any issues related to the delivery or use of the prize.

Disputes:

15. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be subject to the jurisdiction of Townsville, Queensland.

Governing Law:

16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Townsville, Queensland.
